Client: „Estravel American Express“.

Challenge – to become an expert in the business travel category which didn’t exist in the public communication before (year 2008 – 2009).

Actions – the essence of the brand was defined, topics for communication were chosen, a specialised website integrating a blog was created, regular relations with the media were established, and other targeted communication projects were implemented.

Results – the media acknowledged Company’s CEO as an expert of the category, the company found new clients for its business travel service, and the revenues increased.
