One of the projects
Challenge – the client decided to invest into external communication and inquired the agency to prepare a communication strategy / tactical plan and to help defining the brand essence.
Actions – strategic sessions were designed and carried out (SWOT, success stories, market & trends, etc.).
Results – sessions helped the client to look through its business from a new perspective: new opportunities, unrealized potential and some problems to be solved before starting active external communication were discovered. This project is a great example of a partnership-based client relation.
